Grasp consolidates data from numerous different sources and cleanses, normalizes, enhances and standardizes the data to help enterprises, travel agencies, and travel suppliers drive travel program design and efficiencies, produce reliable reporting and business intelligence, increase revenue and retention, and optimize vendor selection and travel ROI.
About This Role:
Grasp is hiring a Sales Director to play a critical role in growing our Enteprise business by sourcing, engaging and closing new data services engagements. These engagements typically range from $100K to $250K in recurring revenue. Our ideal candidate will have a history of managing complex engagements and driving them to signature in a consistent and predictable way.
Responsibilities:
Develop a business strategy/plan for long term success
Seek out new opportunities and build a strong Enterprise pipeline
Consistently achieve goals: Activity, Pipeline, Signatures
Work closely across all Grasp teams to assemble the right deal team
Advocate for key prospect needs within Grasp
Participate in new client onboarding and transition relationship to Strategic Account Manager
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Enterprise and/or Data Services sales
Travel Tech background preferred
Ability to develop, implement and execute a long term strategy
A proven track record of achieving individual goals
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to speak at the C-level as well as the Operator level
Strong negotiation skills

Additional Information:
Salary Range $80,000 -$100,000/year, with the ability to earn an additional $100,00 in variable compensation and performance incentives. Commensurate with experience. Full Time/Remote Employment
