Grasp Technologies Announces Integration with Tres

COLUMBUS, OHIO, July 16, 2024 - Grasp Technologies announces today the integration into a new back office, Tres, into the graspDATA platform. Tres is a new platform from the people who brought Trams and ClientBase to the industry. The new platform is a combination of the functionality of both the back office of Trams and the CRM of Clientbase into a fresh new offering with new features and functionalities.

This integration marks a significant milestone for Grasp Technologies as we continue to enhance our suite of tools that acquire post-booking data from back offices and Global Distribution System (GDS) sources. This new integration will empower both corporate and leisure travel agencies to make data-driven decisions with unprecedented ease and accuracy.

Key Benefits of the Integration:

Seamless Data Acquisition: The integration with Tres allows for the automatic collection of comprehensive booking data, eliminating manual entry and reducing the potential for errors.

Enhanced Analytics: Travel agencies can now leverage both graspDATA and the newly released graspANALYTICS to visualize their data in a more effective and insightful manner, leading to improved strategy and performance.

“We are thrilled to partner with Tres and bring their new back office capabilities into our ecosystem,” said Chris Wilson, CEO Grasp. “For many years, Grasp has had a tight integration with Trams and we have continued that success with their next evolution of the platform, Tres.”

The integration is available immediately to all existing and new customers. For more information, check out the upcoming Tres talk webinar on the topic.
