Virtual Payments
graspPAY
-
graspPAY requires no intervention on the agent or manager’s part, and the automation and integration works instantly with booking tools.
-
Because graspPAY works in the background as an addition to your current system, there is no change in the booking process for travelers. Therefore, there is no need to train your travelers on a new way to book flights or rooms.
-
Grasp has designed the solution to ingeniously use existing syncs and open APIs, leaving you with no need for custom coding or programming in order to reap all of the rewards.
-
Eliminate cumbersome steps of traditional virtual card and point-of-sale systems for enhanced user efficiency.
-
Integrated effortlessly into travel agents' or managers' booking flow within GDS or booking tools, ensuring secure and efficient payment management without disrupting workflow.
How does graspPAY work?
The entire graspPAY process consists of 6 steps:
Traveler contacts the TMC or books through the online booking tool for an air, hotel, and/or car reservation.
graspPAY requests the virtual card and sends it to the point of sale.
The virtual card is sent to the supplier as payment.
The payment is processed and the booking is paid along with an automated fax to the supplier. An email of the fax and details is sent to the traveler.
The supplier charges the card and is paid through the existing payment gateway.
All of the transactional data is available for reporting and reconciliation in the GraspPAY Business Intelligence Portal. Additionally, data can be combined with any other data types a client has such as TMC back office, GDS, Expense, Credit Card, HR, and more!
